We reserve the right to update modify or replace any part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use. It is your responsibility to visit our site regularly to see if any changes have been made. Your continued use of the website constitutes an acceptance of these changes.
ARTICLE 4 – Right of refusal
Discover-Cameroon reserves the right to refuse access to services to any person at any time, to refuse boarding or to expel from the travel bus any person who may be a danger to the smooth running of its activities. Anyone whose unacceptable behavior makes it difficult to continue the journey and which proves to be a danger to other passengers (aggression, drunkenness, etc.). In this case no refund or compensation can be obtained. All expenses incurred as a result of a denied boarding or an eviction from the travel bus will be at the customer’s expense.
ARTICLE 5 –Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information
The information provided by Discover-Cameroon on this site has been compiled with great care and is constantly updated. Despite the most careful control, accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, Discover-Cameroun disclaims all warranties as to the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information provided on this site. This also applies to third party links. These are external websites on whose content we have no influence.

There may be occasional information on our site or in the Service that may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to tours, products, prices, promotions, offers, payment deadlines and availability. We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, omission, and to change or update information or cancel orders, if any information in the Service or on any other associated website is inaccurate, and at any time without notice (including after you have placed your order).

ARTICLE 8 – Booking and Prices
All rates quoted are based on prevailing prices and include value added tax. Prices are confirmed at the last step of the reservation when you click “book”, “make a reservation” or similar, depending on the product. Prices shown may fluctuate based on taxes.
All prices quoted are in Euros (€) and per person unless otherwise specified. All payments and refunds are in Euros or US Dollars. Discover-Cameroon is not responsible for currency fluctuations or government taxes that may occur from the date of your reservation until a refund is made.
8.1– Confirmation of reservation
After booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details of your booking and a booking number. Please make sure all your reservation data is correct.
8.2 – Your contract
We offer through this website, an online travel agency service. Any booking made on this website and confirmed by Discover-Cameroon, also means payment obligation. By your reservation on our site, you establish directly a contract with Discover Cameroon.
8.3–Changes to Services and Prices
Discover-Cameroon reserves the right to modify prices already published on the site without notice in case of fluctuation of currencies, government taxes, or any increase of costs beyond our control. We will not be liable to you or any other third party for any price changes.
ARTICLE 9 – Terms of payment
Please note that all online bookings require a payment of 20% of the total package price at the time of booking. If the total price is less than EUR 800 or if the booking is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, full payment will be required.
Discover-Cameroon reserves the right to cancel any booking for which the total amount of the package of the trip was not paid on the agreed date negotiated between the customer and us.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you prefer to pay your reservation with a bank transfer, please send us all the information regarding your booking. Payments can also be made through money transfer agencies such as Western Union and MoneyGram.
ARTICLE 10 – Modification and cancellation of your trip
Requests for cancellation and modification of bookings should preferably be made by E-Mail and must be confirmed by Discover-Cameroon. The cancellation fees vary according to the cancellation date, the chosen excursion, the chosen accommodation etc.
►For cancellations made 30 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 20%.of the total price applies
►For cancellations made between 15 and 29 days 30 prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 60%.of the total price applies
►For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days 30 prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 80%.of the total price applies
►For cancellations made 7 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 100%.of the total price applies
If a customer is not present at the departure of tour, if a customer joins the tour after the date and time of departure, if a customer leaves the tour before the end, no refund will be made.
In case of changes, inform us by email at least 4 weeks before the departure date.
Restrictions: in all cases of cancellation, the bank charges related to the refund will be borne by the customer.
Discover-Cameroun reserves the right to change the routes or the departure times without notice if this is necessary because of the weather or for other reasons beyond our control.
ARTICLE 11 – Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to have in your possession all travel documents, passport, Visa, as well as vaccinations required by the Cameroonian authorities and this, at your expense. If you do not know which documents to obtain, please contact the Cameroon Embassy in your respective countries. Travellers who do not have the documents required by the Cameroonian authorities may be refused entry to Cameroon. In such a case, cancellation fees apply and Discover-Cameroon or one of its representatives cannot be held responsible if a traveller is not in possession of the documents required to make the trip to Cameroon. Your travel documents are valuable and should be safeguarded as if they were cash. It is not always possible to replace travel documents in the case of loss, theft, damage, etc.
ARTICLE 12 – Travel Insurance
Discover-Cameroon strongly recommends to its customers to take out a travel insurance before departure for Cameroon. However, it is important to find out about the medical services and coverage offered by your travel insurance. Your travel insurance should be adapted to your activities in Cameroon.
ARTICLE 13– Confidentiality
Discover-Cameroon is committed to respecting the privacy of its customers and therefore not to disclose any individual customer information or other information from personal profiles to any third party.
ARTICLE 14 Security / SSL Encryption
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
ARTICLE 15 – Availability of the site
The current site https://www.discover-cameroon.com is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (as well as any part or any content of the Service) without notice. Discover-Cameroon will not be held liable for damages resulting from the interruption, suspension or temporary or permanent stoppage of the service.
