Stunning Mountains
Cameroon has two main seaside destinations covering more than 400 km of coastline, a paradise for lovers of sunbathing and snorkelling. Kribi is a beautiful seaside town with many marinas and hotels on the beachfront. Limbe is striking with its black beaches and dark Blue Ocean. Atlantika Mountains and Rhumsiki offer lunar landscapes for lovers of unique experiences. Discover the Douala courthouse, it served as a court for the native people where native chiefs were judges under German colonization, the King Bell Palace in Douala, the King Akwa Palace in Douala and in Buea, view the residence of Jesko von Puttkamer, a former German governor, a symbol of the German occupation in the early 20th century.
Cameroon also has 37 protected areas and 27 hunting areas totalling over 4,551,990 hectares, which are specially designed and distributed around national parks.
